Refund Policy

We at Xcode Life Sciences Private Limited aim at providing our customers with the best possible.

In the event that you are not fully satisfied with the service you have availed, we would be happy to issue a full refund of the amount to you within 24 hours from the time you have asked for a refund.

Provided that the cause for refund must be one of the following:

Inexcusable delay in providing the service
Gross negligence or deficiency in providing the service

No refund if notified within stipulated time - You shall not be entitled to a refund if you do not intimate us within 7 days of the date you start using the service or 3 days after the alleged cause for the refund has arisen.

The customer who wishes to cancel the service may do so by sending us an email at hello@xcode.life seeking a refund.

Transfer of the refund amount

Once the request is received by us regarding the cancellation of service, we shall refund the customer with 50% of the retail price paid by the customer for that product through the same method used by the customer to make the transaction, or any other regularly used mode of transferring money. The customer has to follow up with his/her respective bank/ card issuer regarding the transfer after the refund process is completed by us.
